Magic Box
The magic box creates an optical illusion. From one side you can see a cube floating in the middle of the box. When observed from the other side, however, you can see a different shape.

Working Principle:
The Magic Box contains a mirror dividing it vertically through the diagonal.
It is positioned so that it divides the cube in half, giving the illusion that you can view the full interior of the box when you can only see half of it.
The items that have been placed inside add to the overall experience. On one side, there is a cube attached to the mirror that appears to be floating in mid-air. Combined with light effects strategically placed at the bottom it creates the illusion that the box contains only a full cube floating and perfectly centred in the middle of the box. In fact only half a cube is glued to the mirror, the other half that you observe is a reflection only.
When you switch the viewpoint and observe the inside of the box from the other face you’ll see a pyramid. Again, this is just half a pyramid glued to the other face of the diagonal mirror.
